Missouri Gaming Commission Privacy Statement

Your privacy on-line is very important to us.  You can look through our site without identifying yourself until you choose to contact us.  Once you do contact us, the information you send will be used only to provide you with the services you requested. 

WHAT WE COLLECT

You do not need to reveal any personal information to us to browse the Missouri Gaming Commission (MGC) site.  However, if you wish to file a complaint, make a comment, subscribe to a mailing list or request other services, we will collect your e-mail address, name, mailing address, and phone numbers. 

We do collect network addresses (domain names) and track the pages visited.  This data is used to find trends and track statistics, but it is not shared outside the State of Missouri.

Comments containing suggestions or recommendations for improving our services or website may be compiled or cited by MGC to help us fulfill our statutory duties.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We will only use your information to process your requests, communicate back to you and improve our site.  We will not use your information to send you unsolicited e-mail.

We will not sell, rent or share your information to any entity outside the State of Missouri unless required by law.  Certain information may be made available upon request to third parties under Missouri's Sunshine Law.

We will use non-personal information (network address, pages visited) for statistical analysis and site improvements.
