Minority/Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE)

• Affidavit

  This form is to be used when a vendor is not MBE or WBE certified, but is willing to attest to being at least 51% minority or women owned.

• Spend Exclusion List

  This list includes the categories that will be excluded from the total spend of the casinos when determining the M/WBE percentages, due to the lack of M/WBE representation.

• MGC M/WBE Vendor List

  The MGC has begun a process to identify and verify MBE and WBE vendors that could possibly be utilized by the gaming industry. Upon approval, these vendors are added to this list and the list is provided to the casinos.

• MGC Vendor M/WBE Certificates/Affidavits Listing

  The casinos shall retain documentation (either a copy of a MBE or WBE certification or a signed affidavit) in the vendor file establishing the criteria used to classify the vendor as a minority-owned or woman-owned business. The required documentation for the approved MGC vendors may be accessed and printed from this listing.
