If you have a complaint about a fantasy sports contest activity conducted under the Missouri Fantasy Sports Consumer Protection Act, sections 313.900 through 313.1020, RSMo, please complete the complaint form and print a copy for your records.
Upon receipt of a formal complaint, the Gaming Commission will review the allegations to determine if the Commission has jurisdiction and assign the complaint to a gaming agent for investigation. The gaming agent will investigate the complaint and review the facts. When the investigation is complete, the Commission will provide to you a summary of their findings of the investigation.
