If you have a complaint about any activity associated with charitable games, bingo, pull-tabs, etc., please complete the complaint form and print a copy for your records.
Upon receipt of a formal complaint, the Gaming Commission will review the allegations to determine if the Commission has jurisdiction and assign the complaint to a gaming agent for investigation. The gaming agent will investigate the complaint and review the facts. When the investigation is complete, the Commission will provide to you a summary of their findings of the investigation.
Complaints about illegal gambling machines in convenience stores, fraternal organizations, truck stops, etc., should be directed to your local police chief, sheriff, and prosecutor who have jurisdiction.
